New Rules for the BBC (Breaststokers, Baggers and Cheaters!)

Know that once a set is started you are expected to stay in the water until the entire set is complete!!!

If you choose to get out of the water or skip a lap, rep or set, the following will be the series of consequences you will subject to before final dismissal from the entire practice!

Consequence #1

You will perform on Deck: 10 Boot jumps, 10 push ups, 10 leg lifts, 10 Burpees, 10 Body Squats.

Consequence #2

You will perform on Deck: 20 Boot jumps, 20 push ups, 20 leg lifts, 20 Burpees, 20 Body Squats.

Consequence #3

You will perform on Deck: 30 Boot jumps, 30 push ups, 30 leg lifts, 30 Burpees, 30 Body Squats

consequence #4 You are dismissed from practice pending a coaches review!
